SynopsisDoornails is a film about the all-consuming nature of grief. Three friends sit in the woods consoling each other about the loss of a loved one. The film stars Jessica Jill Partridge, Sonera Angel, Diogo Domingos and Ciaran Barata-Hynes.

Jessica Jill PartridgeJessica Jill Partridge is a British Actress who studied Performing Arts at Reigate College. Since graduating, she had roles in touring theatre productions ‘Damsels in Distress’ and ‘Passing-Out Parade’ in Surrey. She has also featured in Kingsman: The Golden Circle and in Justice League. She was put forward for a lead role in a BBC Production, and has completed studying a short course at ArtsEd. Recently, she featured in Westminster Film School production ‘A Live Broadcast’, directed by Mario A. L.

Diogo DomingosDiogo Domingos is an Actor from southern Portugal. After moving to London when he was 18, he studied Performing Arts at City of Westminster College for two years. Currently, he has just appeared in ‘FATHERLAND’ as part of the Chorus of Others, at the Lyric Hammersmith. He has now finished his third year of training at Drama St Mary’s.

Sonera AngelSonera Angel is a British Actress born in Findhorn, Scotland. With her parents both working for UNICEF, she was raised in various places across both the UK and India. She began her acting career in late 2017 and has since been rising through the Independent Film Scene. In 2018, she featured in two features - The Haunting of Borley [Dir: Steven M. Smith] Rectory and Gemini [Dir: Suchet Budon]. Besides acting, Sonera also illustrates and designs costumes.

About the FilmmakerCameron Saunderson (Director / Co-Producer) is an emerging Writer/Director from Leeds, UK. As Director, he regularly explores themes of personality disorders and exploring the inner conscious of one's mind. He has written numerous scripts for a number of years including feature-length script The Place Where The Echoes Live which he is currently seeking development funding for. Other scripts include Sunlight and I, The Pilgrim. Cameron is also a graduate of University of Westminster where he studied History & Politics as his Undergraduate Degree. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Film, Television and the Moving Image, at Westminster School of Media, Arts and Design.

About the WriterCiaran Barata-Hynes (Screenwriter / Actor / Co-Producer) Is a writer, actor, director with a background in theatre and classical performance. He wrote and directed Shakespeare’s Margaret Thatcher which debuted at the Drayton Arms Theatre in Kensington. He also worked closely with the Canterbury Shakespeare Festival from its conception in 2015 playing many roles including Shylock in Merchant of Venice and Brutus in Julius Caesar, as well as heading it’s experimental production department, writing and directing its first experimental piece Shakespeare’s Iago. Though professionally new to film Ciaran worked closely with the film department at his university Falmouth University helping to write and produce several student projects and the collaborative course picture Campus Empire.
